Exchange Students
Dear Exchange Students,
We are delighted that you have chosen to study at the University of Applied Sciences in Regensburg. 
The Guide for Exchange Students will help you with your preparations for coming here. It also contains lots of information which will be useful during your time at our university.
Admission:
Exchange students are selected by their home university. Therefore, for information on exchange programmes and agreements, as well as on admission and application, you should contact the international office at your home university.
If you have any additional queries, please contact the student exchange coordinator of our university, Mrs Janina Kucharczyk who will also assist and help you before and throughout your stay in Regensburg.
Steps to follow
- Check Hochschule Regensburg study programmes and fill in the learning agreement in cooperation with your home university
- Read the Guide for Exchange Students for details about residence permit, and health insurance requirements
- Send the application form for exchange students and the learning agreemet approved and signed by your home university via
e-mail or by post to Mrs. Janina Kucharczyk, Akademisches Auslandsamt, Hochschule Regensburg, Prüfeninger Str. 58, 93049 Regensburg.
Application deadline for exchange students is 15 June for the winter semester and 31 December for the summer semester.
Accommodation
All exchange students must send the accommodation application and the acceptance of housing to Mrs Siegl-Ertl before the deadline to be guaranteed accommodation upon arrival.
Make your travel arrangements and inform us about the date and time of your arrival. Make your arrangements so that you can pick up the key to your hall of residence during the office hours. If you arrive at a weekend or outside the office hours, you will have to arrange for accommodation at a hotel or youth hostel for one night or two.
